Terms & Conditions

  • The stallion services will be sold to the highest bidder.
  • The winning bidder fully understands and agrees to deal with the stallion owner and/or manager on all matters related to breeding his/her mare.
  • Winning bids are non-refundable. The winning bidder fully understands all fees outside of the stud fee are NOT included in the winning bid and will be paid to the stallion owner. These prices vary by stallion.
  • The stallion services purchased through the Lucky 7 Bonus Program are intended for the 2025 breeding season ONLY.
  • The auction will run December 20, 2024 - January 15, 2025 ending at 5:00pm MT.
  • The breeding is NON TRANSFERABLE unless approved by the stallion owner. Terms and stallion availability are as specified by the stallion owners breeding contract.
  • Winning emails will be sent out within an hour of the conclusion of the auction. We accept payments via Venmo, check, or money order. If the buyer wishes to pay by check or money order they must notify us within 24 hours of auction close. They will have 7 days from the close of the auction for payment to be received.
  • Checks must clear bank before bidder name will be released to stallion management as the official winner of the stud fee.
  • Once the winning payment has been made, the stallion contract will be sent out and the stallion owner will be notified.
  • The Lucky 7 Bonus, at its discretion, may sell any stallion service which does not receive a minimum during the auction, on a first come first serve basis (Buy It Now) for half price of the original stud fee. These will be available until March 1.
  • All stallions have a minimum bid of $350 unless otherwise stated by stallion owner.
  • If you bid on a stallion and don't pay you will be banned from the Lucky 7 Bonus Auction moving forward.
  • The Lucky 7 Bonus Program will not mediate between parties if issues arise and will be held harmless in such matters.
  • The Lucky 7 Bonus Programs decisions are FINAL.

By registering to bid you are agreeing that you have read and understand these terms & conditions.
